Glenn presents Part 3 of the 1776 Commission's report, examining the U.S. Constitution and its unique design for limited government. It is a testament to the wisdom and skill of America's Founders that the Constitution they produced remains the longest continually operating written constitution in all of human history. They managed to design a government with enough power to secure rights, without having so much power that it enables government to infringe rights. But protecting those rights against Marxism and similar ideologies is a never-ending struggle.
