Environmental justice ENFORCEMENT coming to a city near you?

The DOJ has just developed a new Office of Environmental Justice. Although violations of our environmental laws can happen anywhere — communities of color, indigenous communities, and low-income communities often bear the brunt of the harm caused by environmental crime, pollution, and client change. He said, the new department is going to prioritize cases, that will create the greatest impact on those communities, the most overburdened by environmental harm.

Now, one could only hope that maybe part of this environmental justice program, is higher car prices. Higher car taxes. Higher gas prices in the cities. Perhaps, just shutting down certain factories in those areas. This is going to be very good. Again, not only for the environment but, you know, the American bank account as well.
