You'll NEVER believe what the Minneapolis City Council just asked the city's police chief during a recent city meeting...with NO trace of irony, they asked the police chief, "WHERE ARE YOU?" Apparently, city residents are fed up with the growing violence there, and they are requesting a hearing with local law enforcement on the matter.
