Is THIS Why Hunter Biden is Joining White House Meetings With Joe Biden?

Hunter Biden has reportedly started to join White House meetings with his father, Joe Biden. But what expertise does he provide? Could it perhaps be an expertise in a white powder that would keep his aging father awake during those meetings? Glenn and Stu speculate. Plus, they discuss how some in the media and Democratic Party are insisting that the President is fine: Deny what you see! And is Kamala Harris going to make a move to become the Democrats' presidential nominee?

STU: Because I will say this, I don't want this man to step down. I want him to be the nominee.

I want Joe Biden to be the nominee for the democratic party. And it's wrong to have him have to step down.

He's the right man for this race.

He needs to stay in it.

GLENN: Yes. I -- much to my own eternal shame, when I do put politics ahead of everything else, I agree 100 percent.

STU: Yes.

GLENN: With you. Because it's not really going to get better with Kamala Harris.

STU: Oh, no.

GLENN: Imagine her, answering the phone at 3:00 a.m. No.

STU: Good God.

I will say, and I think she did that in her previous jobs when she was working for mayor in Los Angeles. I think if you kind of go to the real future of the country, my initial reaction was similar to yours. And I've sort of evolved, Glenn.

GLENN: Yeah, okay.

STU: Which is, I'm really terrified for the next six months of Joe Biden being president. Should he step down immediately, for the good of the country?

Of course he should. However, if he does so, it's more likely, we have four years and six months of a president who is putting our country in danger. One that might be Mora wake. Might be more coherent in speeches.

But is also very, very damaging to the future of our country.

And so I'm kind of at that point now. However, you get these people out of office.

For the next four and a half years. Or four years. Is almost more important that happen what happened in the next six months, fingers crossed.

GLENN: Well, I have to just point out.

We have a puppet president. And we've told you. We've asked you, over and over again.

Who is actually running the country.

Well, it's a conspiracy theory. Because Joe Biden is so healthy.

He doesn't even need Viagra. He's having sex all the time. He's just so alert. And -- no, he's not.

STU: He even said something to that effect, didn't he?

He even sort of referred to that idea, that it was like his sex life was super active still.

GLENN: Yeah. Uh-uh.

STU: To show his virility. Not sure how that's going on the last few days. But good luck, Joe.

GLENN: Yeah. There has to be somebody that can put him on the back of a horse with his shirt off just to show his virility, like Putin did.

But, you know, he's -- he's not running the country. And that's the reason why Kamala Harris was selected.

Because she can't run the country either.

And we know this now. You notice the administration hasn't missed a beat. They just keep going. They're doing what they're doing. He doesn't know. He's not making the decisions. The question is: Who is? Who is?

If the president of the United States is having CPCs. (?) starting. Waked up at 11 o'clock in the morning.

Having a meeting, and now and then going to bed at 4:00, who is running the country?

My gosh!

STU: Yeah. And, Glenn, you should point out, those preparations which took place over six days for the debate. Never started before 11:00 a.m. And Mr. Biden was given a time for an afternoon nap, each day. This is according to the New York Times.

GLENN: Uh-huh. Uh-huh.

STU: The only example they could come up with, had they were pressed with examples where he was really, really on top of things. Was him screwing over Israel. Which is when they were in the middle of all these missiles being fired at them.

He was on his game telling Netanyahu, no, you're not allowed to fire back. That's the only thing they could come up with.

Of course we had no evidence that was true. But the fact that he was inspired to be awake by screwing Jews over isn't necessarily something that gives me more confidence.

GLENN: You know, Jake -- did you hear Jake Tapper yesterday?

Jake Tapper accused the Democratic Party of engaging in Orwellian tactics. The opening of the show, Tapper called out the Democratic Party for engaging in a discernable pattern of lying to the public.

He argued party officials want Americans to not believe what you saw and what you heard with your eyes. And your own ears last Thursday night.

He said, quote, the party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears.

It was their final, most essential command, end quote.

You know where that comes from? George Orwell's 1984.

And that is true. But it's not just on this. America needs to wake up. It's not just on this. Listen to this story from space.com. Boeing star liner capsule is performing well, on its first ever naught mission. In fact, it will likely be able to stay in orbit beyond the initially envisioned 45-day limit. Now, wait a minute. Now, wait a minute. It's performing so well, that it's going to stay up there! You know, for a while. Maybe up there for a long while. And we might leave it up there. And then we will return those astronauts home on some other vehicle. That is not as good as the Boeing star liner. The star liner. They still haven't figured out what why the jets weren't working. Why the -- you know, the positioning jets around the side -- like 28 of them, just didn't work. They can't figure out why. Plus, it was leaking helium.

I don't know if they were having birthday parties up there. Why they had helium. But it was leaking helium. And now they're trying to convince us. No, no, no, no.

It is so good, it can stay longer than the 45 days. Yeah. That's right. Probably because the astronauts are like, I'm not getting into that Tet trap. I'm not getting back into that thing.

But deny what you know. Deny what your eyes tell you. Deny what your ears tell you. Deny what you know. That is the problem now, Biden said, he fell asleep on the stage. He fell asleep -- when did you fall asleep on the stage? And so now they're going to fix it. Because, yesterday, apparently hunter Biden is joining Joe Biden for all of his meetings now.

Hunter Biden.

STU: The crack addict.

GLENN: Well, I mean -- the only explanation for that is, yeah. Hey, Dad, do you need a bump? I can -- do you need to wake up? Yeah, I have something here for you. That's the only explanation. The people in the meetings are saying, we're confused. We didn't have any idea why Hunter Biden is now in the meetings and taking notes and discussing things, mand like taking the lead for dad.

What are you -- we -- what!

STU: I don't think -- look, there's a lot on the line here. And I don't know that I would recommend this course of action.

But he has this interview coming up with Stephanopoulos.

Do you consider a bump before it?

Do you just -- do you give it a whirl?

We know regular Joe Biden doesn't work. What if, you know. I mean, what -- what could possibly go wrong?

I don't think it could be worse than Thursday night!

I think maybe, you give the guy, a little bit of juice, and see what happens.

I mean, you know.

It might be a fun -- a fun story.

GLENN: An unnamed source from the White House said, Hunter Biden popped in to a couple of meetings.

And phone calls with the president. That he had with some of his advisers. Another person familiar with the matter said, the reaction from some senior White House staff members. Has been -- what the hell is happening?

Yes. Now you know what the hell the rest of us feel. What the hell is happening?

Hunter came back with the president from the family weekend at Camp David and went with the president straight into a speech prep. Hunter's presence in and around his father's meeting comes amid questions about whether Joe Biden should continue his election campaign.

Good Lord. Oh, yeah.

What is happening?

25 House Democrats are preparing to ask Biden to withdraw now.

STU: Jeez. Can't let the -- you have to stop this bleeding, somehow. If you're Biden.

If you have to figure out a way to shut these people up.

Get them through the next couple of weeks.

Get them through the Friday interview.

Let them see how good it will be. Delay. Delay. Delay. If you're Biden right now.

I don't know how you can do it. The momentum makes it impossible. He's toast.

GLENN: He's toast.

If he fails this Friday, George Stephanopoulos interview, if he screws up at all, if he zones out. If he can't express himself. If he doesn't look vital and invigorated, he's done. He's done.

STU: And we're going to learn so much about this. Because, I mean, you look -- the New York Times is all in, on him being gone.

GLENN: Oh, my gosh.

STU: Every single story, is not only like, all these people are saying, behind the scenes, he's terrible. He can't speak.

He can't get through meetings. He's another anecdote. Here's another unnamed official.

And then over and over and over again, and then how can he be replaced? How would this work? Every story is about this, Glenn. And I've never seen any story like it.

Because we all know what the New York Times can do. And normally does in this situation. Lie. They don't report these anecdotes.

They don't tell you what these people are saying behind the scenes. They form the opinion, they want you to have. And that is what they're doing again here. And Stephanopoulos' approach in this interview will be fascinating to watch.

Because obviously, he can help take him out. If he presses him. If he goes after him. If he really makes this uncomfortable as possible. He could end the campaign.

Or will he do the old school thing, which they've been doing for as long as I've known every Democratic media member, and just soft-pedal it.

When he has a bad moment, step in. Cut him off. Help him. What do you think happens?

GLENN: The press is being used by somebody. I don't know who is in charge of anything anymore.

But the press now is spreading the narrative. That it's over.

He's got to go.

STU: Yeah.

GLENN: He's got to go. So we'll see, does the press get their way? And when did they decide?

You know, they decided that he was fine, up until last Thursday. And then all of us were liars and, you know, misinforming. And using disinformation.

And Russia, Russia, Russia.

To -- to mislead, the nation. In thinking he was incompetent.

Then he went from -- he's Superman to, good heavens, we have to get him out of there.

Overnight.

And now they're rushing and saying, he's got to go. He's got to go. I would like to know what the plan is.

I mean, we're talking about all of our future here.

What is your plan? You know, they -- they -- they're now talking about maybe we do a mini primary.

And we kind of do it like speed dating.

STU: Yeah.

GLENN: What?

It's not speed date for the leader of the free world! Speed date.

STU: It's interesting. It does to me, feel like the Kamala thing is the most likely thing. I mean, there's a lot of intricate, logistical reasons for that, mostly revolving around money. That make that so. But still, it's like. If they try to go down this road, and turn this into some big spectacle. I don't think that's necessarily going to help them. And you see a lot of people who are leaking against Biden are saying wonderful things about Kamala. Now, some may speculate. As we have said, since the very beginning. There's no way, this four-year presidency ends without Kamala Harris taking a shot.

At winning this. She is the most ambitious, selfish person in Washington, DC. And she, I guarantee right now, her people are all leaking against Biden to make this thing happen.

GLENN: Of course they are. Of course they are. And you know what is weird? Is so far, there is not a big push for her. Only Clyburn. Only Clyburn is really jumping on the Kamala train.

STU: Which is huge.

GLENN: Everyone else is kind of quiet about it.

Yeah. That's enormous. He's the guy who got Biden to pick her.

STU: And he's the guy who got Biden elected. Remember, Biden was losing in South Carolina. That endorsement is what turned around the primary in 2020.

So that is a -- a huge part of this.

So let me ask you this, Glenn. Maybe you can answer this after the break.

You are going on vacation, next week.

GLENN: Uh-huh.

STU: When you come back, is Joe Biden the democratic nominee?

GLENN: Okay. If he holds his own on Friday's George Stephanopoulos. If he's okay and he doesn't make any critical errors. And he doesn't look bad, he's still the nominee.

STU: Hmm. That's a big question though.

GLENN: I know.

If he does poorly, it's over.

STU: This interview, you think is the entire ball game. At least for the moment?

GLENN: Oh, yeah. Yeah. And they might turn to, you know, Dr. Hunter.

Seriously.

I mean, if you have -- if you have this, and you're Joe Biden, I mean, you don't try a little cocaine? It's the end. It's the end. It's the end.

STU: I like this. It's possible he might just try -- look, they've already found it in the White House. I don't know why everyone understood (?) was more of a crack guy. It's a different form of what they found in the White House.

Maybe Joe has taken the other path. I don't know. But I think you're right though.

This is -- this was his attempt to say, let me put something on the board.

You're going to see me in real time. You're going to see how I perform. And judge me by that.

There are 100 reports today, that I read this morning, Glenn. From insider tip sheets. And all these other things, of people saying Friday is too late.

It's Wednesday!

They're saying Friday is too late.

GLENN: And you have a holiday. And tomorrow is a holiday.

STU: When was he supposed to do the interview?

I guess he could do it on Tuesday.

They're saying, yesterday. Yeah. We know the Stephanopoulos thing is coming. That's too late.

This is how committed they are to this.

GLENN: Yeah. And I am -- you know, I just don't -- I mean, I'm on with peers Morgan today. And I know he's going to argue (?) with me on Ukraine like, oh, gosh. Shut up, man.

You know, and he's going to call me a Putin apologist and everything else.

Because if you disagree with him on Ukraine. You're a Putin apologist.

And I was thinking about my approach with this. And I think I'm just going to say, first of all.

You know, we're never going to agree. So why are you doing this?

Why?

But the second thing is, peers, you've never understood America. Never (?) you conflate American conservatives, with, you know, the far right, in France. And they're completely different.

And what you don't understand, America has fundamentally changed. Conservatives have fundamentally changed.

We don't trust the government. And this time we have a list of things to show us. No.

I don't -- I don't trust the government. So when it comes to Ukraine. It comes to who is president. Who is running the country.

I have no idea.

I have no idea.

And all possibilities are out on the table. Because we're seeing things that we have never seen before. I would just say, it's time for people to take responsibility of their open actions and their own life, right now. Because I don't trust anyone, in power.

Glenn CALLS OUT FEMA After Visiting Hurricane Helene Victims

What's the truth about FEMA and Hurricane Helene? Is the government really confiscating aide for the victims? Are they really not helping at all? Glenn traveled to Asheville, North Carolina, to find out for himself. He tells the infuriating story of his conversation with the lone FEMA truck in the area: "FEMA is despicable!" Instead of helping people, Glenn says, they're just setting up more red tape ... after showing up a WEEK LATE!

GLENN: So this -- this interview with -- this interview with FEMA. It was recorded.

It -- it doesn't make me look real good. Because I'm -- and we will release it today.

Because I'm just very quiet.

Because I really was just like, I don't -- don't. Don't.

Whatever it is you're thinking, Glenn, don't.

And we went up to them. And they were sitting does they were all in their FEMA vests.

And I had just been where people were moving water. Moving food.

Trying to help people. You know, like crazy stuff.

And so they -- so we went. And they were way off in this parking lot. All by themselves.

And sitting under the tree with some folding chairs.

But all dressed with the -- with the FEMA workers outfits.

And I said, hey. What are you guys doing here?

The guy said, well, we just got here last night.

And I said, oh, really?

He said, yeah, we couldn't really do anything when we got here last night. So today is really our first day. But, wow, it took us a lot longer to get here than we thought. And I'm thinking, yeah. Like seven days longer than you would have thought.

He said, it's hard to get here.

No crap. This is when I start shutting down.

After he starts saying, you know, it's really hard to get here. I'm like, you're FEMA. That should have been quite obvious to you.

And I said, so -- so what are you doing here?

And he said, well, as soon as we get the truck, you know, up and running.

And I noticed that the air-conditioning was running inside the truck, which was good for them.

He said, as soon as we get this all up and running. We're taking -- we're taking people's information, right now. So we can -- you know, that satellite up this, just beams all the information right to Washington. So we can get them registered, so they can get some aid.

And I just was thinking. Oh, good. Just what people need.

Red tape and paperwork. Yeah. Because we'll get that check right to them in their mailbox. They don't have any mailboxes!

But that wasn't the end of it. It got much, much worse.

FEMA is on the ground. In two places, that we saw.

That one, which is doing nothing.

And the other one, where they've just built some showers.

Not -- not for the people. But for the volunteers.

That are there to help. But overall, it was a really good day. I look for quality in my food.

As well as a good price.

When you buy meat, you don't want the imported stuff in the grocery store. And I always looked at the little flag. And thought, oh, good. I'm supporting American farmers and ranchers. That little flag is a government hoax.

That just means something happened to it, here in America, when it got off the ship.

It might have been wrapped. It might have been cut here. But that's it.

So it's not a product of America. I just want to point that out.

So if you really want to get the best American meat. You want to have it from America.

GLENN: Congressman Cory Mills joins in us in. Half an hour. And if you don't know who this guy is, and you might not.

Because he's always busy doing things. I'll get a call from him. And he's like, yeah. I'm in the jungles of Vietnam. We think we know where the POWs are, and we're just going to get them out.

He's just everywhere. He's also a Congressman. He's running his campaign. His campaign people are freaking out. They're like, this is a close election, Cory.

And he's like, the people in my district are okay. They weren't hit by the hurricane. They're okay. I can't go to my maker and say, yeah. I could help these people.

You know, in another state. But I had a campaign to run.

He said, I can't do it. And so I told him, yesterday.

I don't know where I'm going to find time to do this. I said, let me go campaign for you.

Let me just do a speech for you or something, while you're up here.

Because I believe in this guy. This guy should shame every member of Congress. Should shame every member of Congress. The power of what one person can do, when coupled with other people, is absolutely amazing.

Don't ever count yourself out. As I can't do it. Do you realize this audience is playing a major role in a major historic disaster.

You are by giving to Mercury One. I can't tell you how many people I -- I met. And they were like, we couldn't have done it without your audience.

We cannot do it without you. You have no idea.

You know, all of the oxygen on every county ambulance now is provided by this audience. They ran -- they blew through all of their supply.

They weren't prepared for this. You know, nobody is prepared for something of this scale. And they were like, we're out of oxygen. We've got oxygen. We have pallets now of O2. That we flew in.

We're -- we're filling transport planes. When I left the airplane, one of our transport planes was flying down. I think to Florida, to pick up all their supplies.

And flying back overnight.

It's rational.

And FEMA is despicable.

I -- you know me, if you've listened to this program for very long.

I don't like to use the word treason.

I really don't. Because it's the only thing in the Constitution, that spells out, you know, the punishment.

And I don't like call people traitors.

And I won't today. But I will tell you, a case could be made that there are a lot of people that are bordering on the line of treason.

Our country is being dismantled. Our country is being torn apart.

FEMA has spent, let me see if I can get this exactly right.

I want to get this right.

FEMA has spent $1.4 billion, on immigrants. Illegals. Okay?

1.42 billion, on rehousing. Flying these illegals in, without your knowledge. We paid for all of it. 174.2 billion. Okay. And how much -- can I ask, how much -- it was $750?

And in Hawaii, they got $700.

So $700 in Hawaii. $750. But don't worry, that will be very helpful. They just lost everything.

It is -- it's embarrassing as a that I guess.

It is embarrassing.

By the way, the electric vehicle chargers, where they have put two? That's $7.5 billion.

The high-speed Internet, which didn't happen, we spent $42.45 billion.

The high speed internet thing, didn't happen. But they -- you know, they've got. Don't worry. On a surprisingly quiet hurricane season. They're out of money.

First of all, I would like to remind the government. No, you're not.

You print money, all the time. This is the one time where you're like, gosh, guys. If we print more money, man it will just cause inflation.

It will be really bad. Really, really bad. And besides, the printing presses are booked fort next month and a half. Because we're printing so much money for Iran and Ukraine. Out of money?

Huh.

You know, I don't remember voting to bring all these illegals in.

And house them. And feed them. And give billions of dollars through most likely, many corrupt NGOs.

That are wasting our money.

I don't remember that!

I don't remember voting, you know, we should do?

We should go to other countries, and find people who want to come here. And we'll just pay their way.

We'll find out who they are. And we'll say, come to America. Where do you want to go.

You want to go to Kansas City. They have the chiefs. It's great. You go to New York.

Some great little restaurants and bistros everywhere.

You will love it. And it's a free ticket. And then we'll set you up in a really nice hotel, or ones that used to be really nice, and free food.

Just because you're so oppressed. And $2,500, just because you're so oppressed. So oppressed.

I can't even take how oppressed you are.
So you get $2,500. And you get a free phone.

And you get a free phone. And you get a free phone.

And 750 dollars for these people who have been paying taxes, hard-working, regular people.

And you can't even fly a helicopter in, to get people off their roofs.

And you show up, a week late.

By the way, I want to thank president Biden for, you know, taking that aerial view in.

You know, he just didn't want to disrupt thinking. And he only stopped our rescue helicopters from rescuing people for four hours.

So that was great. Didn't piss the rescuers off, at all. At all.

So, anyway, FEMA is there.

And I said, so why are you guys here?

We took a van.

There was ten of us in this van. And we were going back to the -- the food distribution point. And, you know, everybody is looking out the windows. And seeing stuff.

And I said, whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold on. Turn around. You guys have seen the FEMA truck. Everybody: I didn't see the FEMA truck.

Yeah. It's tucked in this corner, behind this Michaels that is closed. So we went into the -- like cops everywhere. Food is on the other side, like a Lowe's, you know, garden shop.

And all the attention, when you drive in. All the attention is over there. Because people are going to get food. Because they don't have any food!

But behind the Michaels that's been closed.

And I think next to the Chuck E. Cheese.

Which was so busy. No, they were closed too!
Was under a tree. This FEMA truck.

And I said, so what are you guys doing here?

Well, we're -- we're getting everybody, you know, to sign up for the aid. Hmm. Okay. All right.

They're -- you know, the crowd is down there.

There's only one person that's at your table. Yeah. I know. But that's because we haven't really announced where we are yet.

I'm thinking, that's probably good. I said, what do you mean?

And he said, well, our fliers haven't arrived yet.

So we're waiting for our own fliers, that say, you know, FEMA is here.

And I'm like, oh, fliers. We didn't think of the flier thing. We just went, you know, to where everybody is. And we didn't need fliers. But I didn't say that. At this point, I was like, don't say anything at all. Don't say anything at all.

And he said, well, you know, we just have to be where the people are. And I said, that's good. And I'm thinking, that's not here. You know, when do you move there?

And I said, so -- so you're doing this with the fliers?

And he said, no. We also -- we're going to take the media. So radio, television, it will be everywhere.

And I thought, hmm. I don't see a lot of people, sitting down in their living rooms, because their living rooms have washed four blocks down the street, with their televisions in it, you know, maybe they have a little portable television that they just have to plug in.

Oh, no. They don't have any power. And I said, you know, they probably aren't watching TV.

He said, you know, but the word will get around.

Okay. All right. And he said, you know, there is an app. This is the greatest app.

This app will do everything.

And all they have to do is just download it on their phone.

And Cory said. Well, you know, they don't really have power to plug their phones in.

And he said, yeah. But a lot of people can just go to their cars. And plug their phones into the car to charge it.

And we pointed out to him. You mean the cars, like right. Turn around.

See that river?

See all the cars that are in the -- the creek now, that are destroyed?

You mean, they're sitting in those cars!

Because they no longer have cars!

That's -- that's what was happening in my head. I just said. Hmm.

Uh-huh. Uh-huh.

And he -- he said, but we have to be where the people are.

And I said, well, if the people don't come out.

He said, then, well, we go door to door. I said, that's good. Because they don't have doors.

And he said, well, that's above my pay grade. You know, it's the government. So I don't have that information.

Is there anybody here that does have this information?

Yeah, my boss. Where is your boss. Sitting at the table?

No. Uh-uh. In the air-conditioned truck right now.

She's in the air-conditioned truck.

Oh, good. Can you maybe go get your boss? Tell her, she'll have to come out here, where it's hot. But she can go right back into the air-conditioned truck, where she can get away from all these people.

And so she comes out.

And she was a delightful lady. And we said, when -- he didn't know when you start going door-to-door. And she looked at him and said, we don't go door to door.

You don't go door to door?

No. We're here. Where it's all happening.

GLENN: And I looked at Cory. And Cory looked at me like, it's not happening here. This is not where people are. I mean, if you want to be a little closer to where people are going, you should go where the food is.

Yeah. Well, we -- we were talking about that today.

Oh, okay.

Good. Good.

And the truck doesn't really work yet.

But we're still gathering information.

Because, oh, the relief that these people can get. Oh, it's -- it's really -- it's just amazing. Hmm I bet it is.

And then I just started to back away, from this -- oh, I don't even know, murder scene. It was just so ugly. And I started backing away. And Cory looked at me and just smiled. And he was like, thank you for your time. And he said, boy, I've never seen you so quiet.

And I was like, don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. You don't want to know what I was thinking in my head. It was so offensive.

But that was the FEMA in action.

What Glenn saw while helping hurricane victims in Asheville SHOCKED him

After hearing claims coming out of the Hurricane Helene disaster zone of houses flipped upside down, neighbors helping neighbors, and zero help from the federal government, Glenn had to see it for himself. Glenn recounts the shocking things he saw while in Asheville, North Carolina: Many of the stories are TRUE! The destruction was unbelievable and people are still trapped in the mountains. But instead of relying on authorities, these communities proved that the American Spirit is still alive and well.

The government isn't coming to save these people, Glenn says. Instead, it's generous donations from people like YOU that are making a real difference for the Americans of Appalachia. 100% of the funds go directly to the people in need when you donate at https://MercuryOne.org

GLENN: Hello, Stu with, how are you?

STU: Good, Glenn. How are you?

GLENN: Really good. Really good.

STU: Big trip. I saw some of the pictures that were posted.

GLENN: Yeah, I haven't yet. I haven't.

I saw stuff in North Carolina I've never seen before. I saw houses that had been washed down the river. And were upside down, on the train tracks.

I saw train tracks. Where, you know, those things are built pretty strong.

You know, they build a real strong foundation. The foundation completely zero reported away from underneath the train tracks. And just, the train tracks just kind of suspended over nothing.

I mean, everything in this place is going to have to be redone. Everything. I -- I just saw things I didn't expect to see.

The power of the water coming down these creeks, and then rivers.

Literally, like the power of the Mississippi.

I saw a house, I think we have a picture of this.

I saw a house with a bunch of mobile homes.

All stacked up, next to this house, that seemed to be somewhat still on its foundation.

Okay?

And all these mobile homes, stacked and then right behind that house, was another house, that was right on the back of that house. And I said, wow. Look at that. All those kind of washed up next to the house. And he said, no. Those are actually from about five blocks, down the streets.

And the house -- that house stayed kind of on its foundation enough. To where it just -- all these mobile homes were kind of slamming against it. And stopped. Because the house was in the way.

He said, what's really interesting. The house right behind it.

That house, we don't know where that came from. We think that was two towns up river.

Towns!

STU: Towns?

GLENN: Two towns up river.

The water was above -- oh, it's crazy, Stu.

It is nuts. I saw a house upside-down.

I saw semi-trucks, that were like, just tossed by the water, upside down, had rolled, were in the streets.

Had been rolled by the river several -- semi-trucks. Rolled by the river.

And 100 feet away. Maybe 200 feet away.

From the road, upside down.

It was -- it -- this was crazy.

Bridges, just completely washed out. And they -- the water in some places was like 6 feet above the bridge.

I don't know how long it's going to take -- I mean. It will take years to put these towns back together. And, you know, I've never been to the smoky mountains before.

I went -- and it was really strange. Because the only time, I've been in Asheville, is when I went to go visit Billy Graham, like ten years ago. Eleven years ago.

And it's just this beautiful town. Beautiful town.

And he lives right outside of town, up on one of these mountains.

And I remember thinking how beautiful it was, when I was there. But I didn't really -- you know, I wasn't thinking about the mountains or anything else.

And except going up to his house, I wasn't in the mountains. And especially because we were doing Life Flight yesterday. I was on the helicopter a lot, and I was above these mountains.

Two things come to mind. First of all, in my Miami, because I'm from the west coast. And, you know, we have the cascades and the Rocky Mountains I've always joked with my family. Oh, the Smoky Mountain bumps. Oh, that's really. You know, it's not like -- it's not like a mountain range to me, jokingly.

But it actually is. It was the first time I was there. It is stunning. I would live in this area.

Not just for the beauty. But the people are amazing.

This is -- I witnessed yesterday, 9/12. I've talked about 9/12 forever.

That that's the people we need to be.

When -- when nobody cared about who you voted for.

Nobody cared what party you were -- nobody cared about anything.

You would just stop people on the street and go, are you okay?

You didn't know them.

But you could look at them. And see the suffering in their eyes. Because you were suffering as well.

And you would just stop it.

Are you okay, brother?

Can you I do anything for you? That was the most amazing days I have ever lived. That's what this is in North Carolina.

And I bet you it's the same in Tennessee and Georgia.

They know nobody is coming. They know nobody is coming. The -- the mountain range in Asheville, it -- we had to fly over the mountain range. We had airlifted this. She must have been 80-year-old. 85-year-old woman. She had broken her hip and her knee. And she didn't have any insurance.

And she was up north. This was like a month ago.

And she was up north, and she came down to be with her family, in North Carolina, and was supposed to go back up.

But they had her on antibiotics, as they did the surgery. But because they didn't have insurance, they just pushed her out as past fast as they possibly could.

Give her any antibiotics.

Well, now, she was riddled with -- she needed antibiotics.

Her -- her leg was absolutely on fire. It was really infected.

And she was in trouble.

And we flew her. It was 20 the leap minutes, from her place, to the airport.

Or, to the hospital.

And I'm flying with the -- I'm flying with the pilot. And I said, how far do you think -- how long would it take if you had to drive this?

He said, from there, which was just over a couple of mountain peaks. He's like, maybe two hours?

He said, and now, maybe five?

Because how do you get out of here?

Because all of the bridges, and some of the -- I mean, just landslides, coming down.

It's incredible, and then kind of like a tornado.

I've seen ground zero in Oklahoma of a tornado.

There's nothing like that. There's nothing like the damage that I saw here. It -- it -- because it didn't grind everything to a pulp like a tornado does. It just moved everything.

And I just don't know how -- I mean, it's going to take years, to restore this.

But because of the location of it. It's almost impossible. You have to have helicopters to help people.

And the government is doing everything they can, to shut down -- I mean, yesterday, I was calling at the Cajun Air Force.

Because -- or not Cajun Air Force. The hillbilly Air Force.

You know, they had the Cajun Navy.

This is the Hillbilly Air Force.

The guy at the Asheville Harley-Davidson place. I met him yesterday.

That place was wiped out.

And, but it still was standing.

The bikes are all -- he just lost everything. But they shoveled the mud out of that place.

And he said, I've got a field here. You can use that as a landing place.

There were helicopters coming in and going out. And the government tried to shut them down.

And said, you know, this is -- nobody from the FAA is involved here. You're going to have to shut this down. And Adam Smith, who is retired Special Forces who was running it, was like, really? Yeah, you know what you are going to do. You're going to leave. Because I have a helicopter landing and one taking off in a few minutes. They were just pissed.

You know, you're not here. If you had all of the assets here. If you had called one of the, oh, I don't know.

Many forts, bases, and Special Forces, that are sitting on bases in North Carolina, maybe we would shut this down. But you're not sending anything to help people.

So get off our land.

That was a common theme, yesterday.

When we picked up this guy, it was. You know, I just don't think of me as -- you know, as somebody.

I think of me as me. Not the Glenn Beck, radio guy.

And we show up with the helicopter. We land in this field, and we go to pick up this lady. And we're right at the front stairs.

And the son of this -- this -- or grandson, I think of this woman. He turned to me, and he's like, you -- you look familiar.

And I said, hi, I'm Glenn.

And he said, oh, hi, Glenn.

And then he looked at me again. Glenn Beck?

And I said, yeah.

And he's like, that's unexpected. And he's like, you know, you've got to see my -- my cousins. Tom!

Jethro. You know, come up here. No. Don't walk. You run up here. And then he said, don't look directly at them. They're bad runners.

And the whole family. The whole neighborhood didn't call 911.

The son called somebody in the military that he knew. That was retired, and said, hey. Do you know anybody with a helicopter?

Because the -- the -- while they have two helipads at the airport, in the -- you know, city over the mountains. They don't have -- the helicopters, they're out of commission. So nobody can be flown in. So we're doing the LifeLock. And it's -- it's incredible.

What this audience has done is incredible. But he didn't call. And then he called a friend.

And he said, you know what, I think I know. And he called another friend that was formerly in the military.

And then called another friend that was in the military.

And he said, yeah.

They have helicopters right here.

Mercury One is flying the helicopters right now.

I know Adam Smith who is who running this.

So they didn't call 911. It's not that community. And as we were leaving, I said to one of the cousins. I said, hey, you tell everybody you know, that you haven't been forgotten.

That there are millions of Americans that care about you and love you guys. And want to help, and are helping. And he said, that's very kind of you.

Now, will you tell everyone you know, something from me?

And I said, sure. And I expected thank you or something. And he looked at me and he said, you tell everybody you know, that even if they don't care, we'll take care of our own damn self if nobody shows up.

And I was like, I gave him a hug. I'm like, I love you. It is America. And all I could think of yesterday was, this is God's army.

This is exactly what Billy Graham told me would happen.

That people -- I talked to people. And they were like, I don't know. I just felt this calling to come here and help. And now I'm doing this and this and this.

And the people have taken care of it. Now, I mean, they need a lot of help. But wait until I tell you about FEMA. I found a FEMA truck.

And we were driving from seeing some, you know, bad areas. And I said, wait. Wait. Turn the car around. I think I saw a FEMA truck. And everybody is like, no.

Wait. I saw a FEMA truck. It's behind that building.

All right. I turned around. And there, lo and behold, is one FEMA truck with a giant satellite on the top of it. It was a communications truck. So we pull up.

And a lot of them are sitting under a tree at a card table, with folding chairs. All in their FEMA vests.

And I looked at Congressman Cory Mills. And I said, oh, brother, I don't think I can go talk to those people alone.

And he said, come on. I'll go.

So we went. We have it on tape. And Cory said afterwards, he's like, pretty early on, you just shut up. And he said, I could tell, you just wanted to walk away.

I was like, oh, I was doing he went I can to not just go ape on those people.

So I was listening to my mother.

If you don't have anything nice to say. Don't say anything at all.

Glenn Beck Makes the MORAL Case for Mass Deportation | Glenn TV | Ep 383

America’s political and military enemies are using asymmetric warfare on us, and we don’t even know it. Their means of attack? Immigration. The progressive vision for this tactic is meant to overwhelm the system, collapse it, and then rebuild. But our global enemies — from Russia to Iran — are using it to destroy the system completely. Thanks to the Biden-Harris mass migration policy, Glenn argues we are at the precipice of another 9/11-style attack. He takes you inside secret meetings in South America that some of the world’s scariest terrorists are attending — like the supreme leader of Hamas and the chief of operations for Hezbollah. Their game plan starts with recruiting Venezuelan gang members, taking them to Iran for “training,” encouraging criminal activity south of the U.S.-Mexico border, and then facilitating the spread of that violence to our own streets in America (like we saw with Tren de Aragua gangs terrorizing citizens in Aurora, Colorado). Donald Trump’s promise of mass deportation for illegal aliens is not racist. It is not heartless. It is — as JD Vance said in the CBS VP debate — common sense. Mass deportation has a long history of working under presidents like Hoover, Eisenhower, Clinton, and Obama. So why the crocodile tears now? Where are the tears for victims of open-border policies in states like New York, Colorado, Florida, and Georgia? The border crisis is no longer some abstract, faraway issue for the U.S. Border Patrol to deal with. It’s a national threat for the entire country. And catastrophe is coming.

Did Arizona register 98,000 ILLEGALS to vote? AZ Justice sets the record STRAIGHT

Arizona Supreme Court Justice Clint Bolick joins Glenn Beck to set the record straight about a claim that Arizona registered 98,000 illegal immigrants to vote. Justice Bolick tells Glenn that this is NOT TRUE and there is NO indication that any of the voters in question were here illegally. So, what actually happened? Justice Bolick explains and also comments on what you should do if you’re concerned about the fairness of the 2024 election.

GLENN: Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.

You know, our job is getting harder and harder.

I just gave permission to hire, you know, another researcher. This morning.

Because we are just overwhelmed in stories, that we don't know what the truth is.

You should see my -- my email, my -- my private messages.

And even my text messages from friends that I trust. That are like, Glenn, I don't know if this is true. I don't know either!

I don't know either.

And I know you're in that situation. And we are going to go off the cliff, if we can't verify some things.

That's one reason why I'm going to Asheville North Carolina today.

I need to know. Is this stuff happening?

Are there bodies in Chimney Rock, that are still there?

You know, what is happening on the ground?

And we're bringing, you know, a plane full of supplies for them. Through Mercury One.

But we have to -- this is what I said in the meeting today.

We have got to come. And even if we don't talk about them. We have to find out. Are these things true, so you know if they're true or not?

And we'll do our best. But it takes so much time. We have so much going on. I think it was like a week ago, or so.

Do you remember the story that Arizona added 98,000 illegals?

STU: I remember that being, yeah.

GLENN: And I think we talked about it, right?

STU: Yeah. I think we did at the time. And tried to give perspective.

So much stuff for people to sort through right now.

GLENN: Firm the story right, it was hard decipher.

I think that's why we didn't follow up on it, at all. Because I don't know what is right on this story.

STU: Let's lock it down.

GLENN: Well, good news, the head guy of the Arizona Supreme Court wrote to us. He's Justice Bolick. He, who joined the court in 2016. He previously cofounded the Institute for Justice and served as litigation director for the Goldwater Institute. So he's one of us.

He litigated constitutional cases from coast-to-coast, including the US Supreme Court.

He's not the Supreme Court. He's a Supreme Court I couldn't wait. But he's not the chief justice now, in Arizona.

But he says, that story is wrong.

And he would be the guy that knows. Clint, welcome to the program.

CLINT: Oh, thank you so much for having me, Glenn. And thanks for making the correction. My boss, the chief justice would have drawn and quartered me.
(laughter)

GLENN: You know, this story was everywhere. And I don't remember what we said. We might have said that yep. That's crazy.

And the Supreme Court is out of control.

I don't know what we said. But if we got it wrong, A, I apologize.

So let's correct it. And correct all of the stories that were out there. What happened?

CLINT: So, Glenn, thank you so much for that.

And, you know, usually, when a court issues controversial decisions, they know it.

And so for a couple of days after, we did not consider this to be a controversial decision at all.

But all of a sudden, we were hearing from people, and I was encountering people, who were saying, we were letting illegal immigrants vote.

And I looked at the headlines, that had come out, and just I've got one I'm reading in front of me, from Newsweek, that said Arizona court, says nearly 100,000 people with unconfirmed citizenship can vote.

And so I can well understand, why people got that impression.

GLENN: Yeah. Yeah.

CLINT: But the headline should have read, court. Arizona court prevents disenfranchisement of 100,000 people over computer error.

And that's exactly what happened.

So Arizona is one of the few states, that requires proof of citizenship, before someone votes.

And when the law was passed, they assumed, that people who had registered by 2005, were -- were legal citizens. So they didn't require you to show proof of citizenship, unless you moved to a different county, or applied for a duplicate license. And due to a Department of Motor Vehicles glitch. And I know that's hard to believe.

GLENN: Oh, no. It's hard to believe that the government would do anything that had glitches in it.

CLINT: Yeah. So in any event, apparently, a large number of people, who were registered to -- to -- to vote, and who had driver's licenses before 1996, and who moved, or got duplicate licenses, were never asked to prove their citizenships.

Now, most of these people had been voting for decade.

And, you know, so -- so there's no indication that any of them are illegal who didn't notice. But once this problem was discovered, the county recorder of Maricopa County, went to court, and said, all of these people should be removed and required to prove their citizenship, between now and the election.

And, of course, the same people who made the mistake, would have been this charge of -- of making sure that those were shown by the election.

And just imagine, if we had gone to Election Day and thousands, possibly over 100,000 people who had been voting for decades. Were told, oh, no.

We don't know whether you're a citizen or not.

GLENN: Right.

CLINT: And how this is not -- so, in any event, it was a very easy legal issue for us.

And it was the only election case, Glenn.

That I can remember, where the Arizona Republican party, and the ACLU were on the same side.

They hoped that please don't throw these people off the ballot.

You know, we discovered.

We determined that we had no authority to take that many people off the ballot.

You can challenge individual voters, at -- if you think that they are not citizens. And after the election, though, there will be an effort to verify citizenship.

But most of these people would have had no idea what was going on.

You know, given that they voted without a problem for -- for decades. And so it just -- it was one of those stories, that the headlines. One of those cases, that the headlines turned into a controversy.

But it really wasn't a controversy at all.

GLENN: Right. So with an election coming up, and you guys -- are you guys voted on, in the Supreme Court?

CLINT: So, yes. We are subject to retention every six years.

GLENN: Oh.

CLINT: And yours truly is one of those justices up for retention this year, with a very spirited campaign against me from self-described progressive groups.

GLENN: Oh, great. Well, all you had to say -- you had me at Goldwater Institute.

So, you know, I'm -- I'm for you, Glenn.

How -- how confident are you, that we can have a fair election this time in Arizona?

CLINT: Well, you know, I'm not on the ground. I'm not involved.

GLENN: Okay.

CLINT: You know, in the day-to-day.

And, you know, one of the things that I've been doing is encouraging people to volunteer as poll workers.

You know, and other jobs that take place on Election Day. The best -- the best place to be on Election Day, if you have concerns about election integrity, is on the inside.

And I've been very heartened that both political parties. Both major and political parties have really been encouraging volunteers to do that.

And when I hear that sort of thing, it gives me. It gives me confidence that, you know -- that --

GLENN: At least that step has been taken.

CLINT: Yes.

Yeah.

GLENN: Yeah. Well, thanks for clearing this up. I appreciate it.

And, you know, if -- if there's anybody who is on the right, that has misunderstood this, which I think probably a lot of people. Because it was everywhere.

And I -- I apologize.

Again, I don't know exactly what we said. But let's just assume, we were one of those who believed the headlines.

Apology to -- to our audience. And to everybody in Arizona. I'm glad you reached out to us, so we can set the record straight.

Thank you.

CLINT: Glenn, I am so -- you know, I am so glad that you gave me the opportunity. I'm sure it's not every day, that the judge contacts you. And says, hey.

GLENN: Yeah.

CLINT: This is not correct.

GLENN: Yeah. No. I agree. I invite anyone.

If we get something wrong, I'm not afraid of correcting it and saying, we were wrong. So I appreciate that you reached out to us.

Because we will correct it. We will correct it. Thanks.

CLINT: Well, and I am so grateful for that. If everyone did that, we would be in a much better place in our society right now.

GLENN: Yeah. Yeah. We would. We would. Thanks a lot. I appreciate it.

Clint Bolick, he's Arizona Supreme Court justice. And apparently, running for reaffirment.

And let me just say, Goldwater Institute.

I don't think I need to say anymore.
