EXPOSED motivations behind Atlanta DA's decision to charge officer Rolfe with FELONY MURDER?

Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard shocked the nation when he charged Officer Garrett Rolfe with felony murder after the deadly shooting of Rayshard Brooks. During the altercation, Brooks grabbed an officer's taser and fired it at Rolfe and an accompanying cop. So, through the charges made against Rolfe, is Howard using the emotions of the African American community to try and salvage his political career?
