- 1,447,516 worldwide cases, up almost 100,000 from Tuesday.
- 83,000 worldwide deaths, up from 75,000 on Tuesday.
- 308,000 people have recovered around the world..up almost 50,000 from Tuesday.
- There are now 400,549 cases in the U.S. (up almost 50k since yesterday).
- 12,858 deaths in the U.S., up almost 2,000 from Tuesday.
- The US has the 17th highest death rate from COVID-19 -- there are 39 deaths per one million residents (whereas Spain as 311 people per one million).
- New York has had the most coronavirus deaths in America compared to any other state, with most cases and deaths occurring in New York City.
- America had the deadliest day of the virus on Tuesday: 1,731 fatalities. -20 percent of the NYPD is calling in sick.
- The coronavirus is now killing more Brits than The Blitz in WW2, which killed on average 131 people each day.
- Now even the penguins aren't safe: a cruise traveling from Australia to Antartica now has 60 percent of all passengers on board with coronavirus...and another 20 percent are presumed positive.
- Gun sales are up as much as 200 percent in some states.
