Polke Will Continue to Help Grow and Enhance Mercury’s Online Initiatives
(New York, NY) January 25 2012 —Mercury Radio Arts, Glenn Beck’s multi-media production company, announced that Carolyn Polke has been promoted to SVP-Digital. Polke, who has been with Mercury since 2006, will be responsible for the continued development and marketing of GBTV, as well as GlennBeck.com and Mercury’s E-Commerce initiatives.

Mercury recently launched GBTV - a live streaming video network featuring Glenn’s new daily two-hour show and a wide range of original and licensed information and entertainment programming. Prior to launch, The Wall Street Journal reported that “Beck's web venture now boasts more than 230,000 subscribers…more than the average of 156,000 people who watched Oprah Winfrey's OWN in June.” Forbes reported that launching GBTV placed Glenn at the “forefront of media innovation.”
Polke works at Mercury’s headquarters in New York City. The company also has Television and Radio production studios in Dallas, Texas. Before joining Mercury, Polke was a consultant at Accenture.
