Are you an illegal immigrant with ICE hot on your trail? Maybe you’ve just crossed the border illegally and you’re not quite sure where the safest places to evade the cops are. Well fear no more, now there’s an app for that.
The app is called Notifica, or Notify, and it’s described as a “tool to protect immigrants living in the U.S. illegally by utilizing high tech and online social communications.” If an illegal immigrant is about to get arrested crossing the border or inside the United States, all they have to do is fire up the app, click a button, and an emergency plan of action initiates.
Lawyers and family members are notified, and a predetermined plan executes. Another feature coming to the app soon is a heat map that shows where arrests are being made. That way, they can avoid those areas and stay hidden.
This sounds like a joke, but it’s real. You can actually download the app right now from both the Google and Apple app stores. How does an app that’s designed to aid and abet criminals get approved by both Google and Apple? What’s that saying? Money talks and bull... well you know what I mean. Money definitely talks and the people behind this app have quite the sugar daddy.
The organization behind this app is a group named United We Dream. The group claims to have over 400,000 members, and their stated goal is to “embrace the common struggle of all people of color and stand up against racism, colonialism, colorism, and xenophobia.” Here’s a list of some of their biggest projects: DACA, the DREAM Educational Empowerment Program, the Education Not Deportation Project, and --- and this one has to be one of the most random on the list --- The Queer Undocumented Immigrant Project. I guess they were really concerned with checking EVERYTHING on their social justice wish list.
It turns out they actually have TWO rich sugar daddies. Uncle Sam AND Uncle Soros.
Anyway, let’s keep following the money shall we? United We Dream was formed in 2008 as an initiative by a group called the National Immigration Law Center. It turns out they actually have TWO rich sugar daddies. Uncle Sam AND Uncle Soros. According to Judicial Watch, the US government actually funded the group with over $200,000 in federal grant money. And both groups, United We Dream and it’s parent company, list George Soros’ Open Society Foundation as a key financial backer.
The progressive radical agenda to fundamentally transform the United States of America was always well-funded, but it’s now going high tech. I fear this is only the beginning.
