Jason Butrill, head researcher for TheBlaze and former member of counterintelligence with U.S. Special Forces, joined The Glenn Beck Program on Monday for a discussion on Aleksandr Dugin, a key advisor to President of the Russian Federation Vladmir Putin.
"Jason was instrumental in forming the theory that we came up with on Benghazi," Glenn said.
Within two days of the attack, Jason helped piece together a theory that the U.S. was running guns through a safe house in Benghazi and shipping them to what would become ISIS in Turkey. That theory turned out to be correct.
"So Jason and I have been very concerned about a guy named Aleksandr Dugin," Glenn said. "He's calling for people who are far worse than Hitler to rise up all around the world."
Putin and the Russian government have been funding far right fascist radicals all around the world, influencing elections to create chaos that will allow for the reunification of Russia.

"We don't believe Donald Trump is involved in this at all. We don't think that he even knows who Dugin is. I don't think even Hillary Clinton knows who Dugin is. I don't think even some of our own people know who Dugin is. And they should," Glenn said.
Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks who has ties to the Russian government, denied his acquisition of DNC emails resulted from a Russian hack, but a recent speech by Aleksandr Dugin suggests otherwise.
"Tell me what he's just said in a speech that gives you some real firm belief that this is through Dugin, what's coming from WikiLeaks, and how they're trying to influence our election and get Donald Trump elected," Glenn said. "He sounds like one of the mullahs in Iran because he believes chaos has to come and out of chaos will come the strongman. So he's pushing for violence in the streets."
Butrill read from a keynote speech Dugin has been giving around the world, laying out his theory called the Fourth Political Theory or the Fourth Turning:
As this gathering begins, we must be thinking about the future and the questions that face a revolutionary struggle in the very lair of the Antichrist. We are looking not for easy answers, but hard questions. It is not enough to hopefully expect the apocalypse. It is not enough to convince ourselves that the enemy will just collapse. We must prepare ourselves with a serious study of the eternal tradition of revolution, and we must kindle the burning fire of passion and will that is the very life force of her eternal return. We must prepare her way. We must prepare ourselves as her secret army.
"He finishes off by quoting Julian Assange," Butrill said. He continued:
To radically shift regime behavior, we must think clearly and boldly, for if we have learned anything, it is that regimes do not want to be changed. We must think beyond those who have gone before us and discover technological changes that embolden us with ways to act in ways our forbearers could not.
Dugin allegedly advised Putin years ago of Russia's inability to compete with the technological and economic might of the United States. So they decided to create revolution using "asymmetrical" weapons.
"These asymmetrical weapons --- WikiLeaks, Julian Assange, Snowden --- all of this stuff started happening right before we brought online our anti-ballistic missile shield. This is a specific counter to that," Butrill said.
Republican nominee Donald Trump appeared clueless about Russia during a recent interview with George Stephanopoulos, stating Putin "is not going into the Ukraine" and implying a strong Trump presidency would prevent it.
"He's already there," Glenn said. "The people of Ukraine rose up in revolution and kicked their president out because he was buddy-buddy with Russia."

Trump similarly misunderstood how his recent tough stance on NATO would delight Putin and Dugin.
"What Trump just said about NATO is exactly what Putin wants. He wants a weakening of the European Union. He wants a weakening of NATO. He wants a guy who is stirring things up, causing problems, causing conflict. Dugin is looking for people all over the world that are causing hatred, division and revolution to fester and grow. It is critical that you understand that. Otherwise, you're going to be played," Glenn said.
With the unrest across the world, there's little doubt we're headed for World War III.
"Borders are going to be redrawn, and the evil of the 1930s is returning to the world quickly," Glenn said.
