You know the answer to that question - a resounding ‘no’. In fact, they are probably the most catered to because of all the PC dolts after 9/11 who thought Americans would just start beating muslims on the streets. That of course didn’t happen, but that hasn’t stopped radicals from declaring a war on Muslims... how big do their exaggerations go?
Zead Ramadan, President of CAIR-NY, said:
Intolerant extremist voices come out and it seems as they come out in the times of elections because some groups think that they can get large groups of religious followers to side with them if they say negative things about other people. And the easiest target, the minority, the easiest target has been the Muslim people. In Nazi Germany, they targeted the minority, the Jewish minority, and unfortunately it went from only philosophy to rhetoric to action. And that's not where we want to go in America
"This is the head of CAIR. Who's he speaking to? Iranian TV. Okay. So he's saying now that the easiest target in America is the American Muslim. That's the most ridiculous noncommon sense thing I've ever heard. That's the easiest target in America? No, it's not. That's one of the most protected targets in America. That's a protected minority," Glenn said.
Who is it easier to target? The media seems to have no problem taking potshots at the Tea Party while protecting Islamic Extremists.
"CAIR is growing in influence. CAIR is infiltrated all of our media, CAIR has infiltrated our government, our Pentagon. CAIR is a front group for the Muslim Brotherhood. I'm convinced of it. They have's unindicted co‑conspirators. That's not me saying that. That's a federal judge in the Holy Land trial. They are not friends of the United States but they are friends of this administration. This administration is putting Muslim Brotherhood members into our own Department of Defense, into our Homeland Security, into the TSA," Glenn said.
Glenn emphasized, however, that there is a stark contrast between the majority of practicing Muslims in America and the Islamic Extremists who want to see the downfall of the West. Early in the monologue, he said that many of these practicing Muslims are ignored when they call out extremists and fundamentalists in their faith as dangers, a point he made again later.
"I don't know anybody who hates Muslims. I do know a lot of people that hate people that want to blow us up. They want to blow up shopping malls or office buildings or want to put Sharia law and replace our Constitution. I know a lot of people that hate that," Glenn said.
But still, many of these extremists are gaining power and influence with this administration. Is that the kind of change you wanted four years ago?
