Last night GBTV got even bigger and better! Two shows debuted on Premiere Night last night, and “The B.S. of A.” launched its second season. A night that started with Glenn talking about PIPA—no, not Kate Middleton’s sister—and ended with “The B.S. of A.’s,” Sharia Law & Order, included a little bit of everything.
The night kicked off with a new episode of “The Glenn Beck Program.” Glenn started the show by tearing apart SOPA and PIPA--two bills that aim to increase the regulation of the internet. The internet is the freest market left on Earth, and for that reason, as Glenn pointed out, continues to change the world. For Glenn's full take on SOPA, PIPA, and the importance of preventing them from passing, go here.
Reverend James Robison and Senior Fellow at the Discovery Institute, Jay Richards, joined Glenn to discuss their upcoming book, Indivisible, which makes the case you can’t separate moral issues from economic issues is our political ideology. They raised key points on the issues that are consistently overlooked and disregarded in our culture, and the effects they can have on our society, our faith, our families, and our freedoms.

Up next was the big premiere of GBTV’s new nightly news program, Real News from The Blaze. A news show that is finally going to bring you honest discussions on stories you care about. The mainstream media has a new competitor—the truth. Last night, Real News had a candid discussion on America’s escalating economic crisis, the causes, and the long and short term solutions to the country’s critical financial problems.

Before introducing you to the Belcastro family, Glenn took us inside his mind and introduced us to the ideas behind “The American Dream Lab,” why he is doing what he’s doing and the direction he is taking his company. “The truth lives here,” and as Glenn continues builds Mercury on the values and principals America was founded on and needs to go back to, you can guarantee it’s not going anywhere.

One family that may not know how to solve the world’s coming economic train wreck, but certainly will be ready for whatever it may bring is the family behind, Independence USA. GBTV premiered its first reality show last night by introducing you to Frank Belcastro, the man with THE plan to prepare his family for life off the grid. Whether Frank is crazy, paranoid, or simply a forward thinker, you’ll have to decide for yourself. One thing is certain, if you watch Independence USA, you’re going to learn a few things about surviving life off the grid, whether you think you’ll ever need to know them or not.
Independence USA, Wednesdays 8-8:30pm ET
Just when you thought Premiere Night was over, Brian Sack returns (much to our surprise) to launch season 2 of “The B.S. of A.” That’s right, despite his gigantic celebration of Glenn’s departure to Texas and ravaging Glenn’s old studio for items to sell on ebay, “The B.S. of A.” is back. Glenn decided to keep Brian Sack around for a new season of comedy, which kicked off with a glimpse into what ‘must-see TV’ would look like under Sharia Law.
